This website

This website has no accounts and loads no advertising or third-party trackers. Your browser may store one preference locally (the spark cursor setting). It is never sent to us. If privacy-friendly analytics are ever switched on, this page will say so.

License checks

When you use LUX with a key, the license system processes:

• your key;
• a hash of your computer (not the computer's name or files);
• your IP address;
• timestamps of each check.

We use this to confirm that a key is valid, to enforce one key per computer, to detect shared keys and to freeze or extend subscriptions on update days.

Waitlist and support email

If you ask to join the waitlist or write to support, we receive your email address and your message. We use it to reply and, for the waitlist, to tell you when what you asked about is available. Today the waitlist works by sending an email to support@luaunlocker.com from your own email app. If we move it to a form service, this page will name the service. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

Purchases

Card: you pay on Stripe Checkout, which Stripe operates. We never see your card number. Stripe sends the receipt.

USDT: a payment is a public transaction on the TRON blockchain. We match it to your order by the amount.

When you start an order our shop stores the product, the price, the order link token, the status, the key created for it and the optional email address you typed. Support uses the email only to find your order. It is not a mailing list. The order page is not indexed and is not sent to other sites as a referrer.

Retention

We keep license records for as long as a key is active and as long as needed to handle refunds, disputes and abuse.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections or ask for deletion, unless we have to keep it for legal or security reasons. Email support@luaunlocker.com.
