Refund Policy

A LUX key is a digital product delivered right after payment. There is no free trial. These are the rules in this draft.

Refunds

• No refund once a key has been activated and works.
• An unactivated key can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• A refund or a chargeback revokes the key automatically.

Also refunded

• You were charged and no key was shown on the order page.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Not refunded

• Your game account was actioned by Blizzard Entertainment. See the Terms of Service about account risk.
• The key was shared and has been revoked.
• The patch-day freeze applied: that time is added back to your key instead.
• A crypto payment sent on the wrong network, in the wrong coin or with a different amount than shown. Those funds cannot be recovered.
