Terms of Service

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the LUX website, the LUX software and keys (together, the "Service"). LUX is currently version 0.1.0, a public beta. By buying or using a key you agree to them.

2. Risk to your game account

Using third-party automation goes against Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service and can lead to action against your game account, including suspension or a permanent ban. We do not claim that LUX is safe, and we do not claim that it cannot be detected. You use LUX entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for any action taken against your account.

3. Keys

• Keys last 1 day, 1 week or 1 month from activation.
• There are two kinds of access: the Unlocker (required) and Rotation packs (per class). The Everything bundle covers both.
• One key works on one computer.
• Keys do not renew automatically.
• Several keys can be active at once. The one that ends first never hides the others.

3a. Payment and refunds

You can pay by card (Stripe Checkout) or with USDT on the TRON network. Refunds follow the refund policy: no refund once a key has been activated and works, an unactivated key can be refunded within 14 days, and a refund or chargeback revokes the key automatically.

4. Online check

A key is checked online when the launcher starts and refreshed every few minutes. LUX will not run without an internet connection.

5. Sharing and revocation

Do not share, resell or publish your key. Shared keys are detected. A key that is shared, or that is used against these terms, can be revoked without refund.

6. Update days and patch downtime

When a game patch breaks LUX we may freeze all subscriptions. For active customers the frozen time is added back to their key automatically. The freeze is applied at our discretion and does not change the price.

7. Data we collect for licensing

To run the license system we process your key, a hash of your computer, your IP address and timestamps of checks. See the privacy policy.

8. Beta and no warranty

LUX is a public beta. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Features may be incomplete or change, and only Rogue Assassination has a rotation today. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the key in question.

9. Your own scripts

Scripts you write using the LUX API are your responsibility. Running them needs the Unlocker license, and you are responsible for what they do.

LUX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
